I've so far complete two local sprint triathlons this season. I have the NYC Triathlon coming up 7/24/16 and the USAT Age Group Nationals sprint triathlon in August.
Having been eating cleaner foods, increased proper strength and conditioning, worked on my general outlook on stressful situations, I finished both races with a huge smile, craving for more and best of all, injury free and feeling amazing.
Going into my third blood draw I feel less nervous about the idea of finding out that a certain biomarker is "off". I find myself more eager to have a new baseline to work with. To set realistic goals, you need to know where your baseline is, and to be constantly reminded of how different foods and stress affects your training 6 days a week, having that information on an app is priceless.
